If the cause is hidden or the fitting cannot be identified remotely, an on-site assessment may be needed. Ask us to confirm any assessment charges, materials and disposal included before booking.
Scope & Limitations
A fixture replacement does not automatically include concealed pipework, wall or tile opening, waterproofing or making good surrounding finishes. Tell us about these requirements so they can be assessed and quoted separately. Appointment timing and the suitability of customer-supplied parts are confirmed after review.

Can I get a plumbing quote from photos?
Photos can help us assess a visible fitting or straightforward replacement. They may not reveal the source of a concealed leak or blockage. We will tell you if more information or an on-site assessment is needed before the scope and price can be confirmed.
What if water backs up in my sink?
Tell us whether one sink or several fixtures are affected, when it happens and whether there is a smell or visible leak. Send a short video if you can. The enquiry needs assessment; a symptom alone does not establish the cause or the repair required.
Can I provide my own tap or water heater?
Include the product model, dimensions and connection photos in your enquiry. Compatibility and installation requirements need to be checked before the work is agreed. Confirm whether the quotation covers installation only or supply as well.
Can I combine plumbing with other home repairs?
